Online Store FAQ

Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing an Axys repair kit or RBR sled dolly products.

At this time, we are only shipping within Canada from our online store. If you are an international customer and are interested in any of our products, please contact us. If you would like to pick up your order at our shop in Calgary, please select the in person pick-up option at checkout.

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the products. Generally, single RBR Sled Dolly pieces will ship for $27, 3 and 4 piece RBR sets will ship for $36, and multiple sets or items will ship for $59.

Please contact us if you are ordering four or more sets to see if you qualify for a bulk discount.

We do not offer returns on our products at this time, so double check the size, pitch or colour you are purchasing if applicable. If you have any questions about anything or wish to clarify colours, please contact us to make sure you are getting the perfect product for you.

We do offer a one-year warranty on workmanship and materials so please contact us if you have any problems with your products.

Ready to Ship items are on our shelves, waiting to be put into a box with your name on it! Processing time for these items is 1-2 business days.

Made to Order items are products that we don't have in stock, but fit basic parameters and are easy to make. Right now, Made to Order items may take 5-10 business days before they are shipped, as we may have to work with our vendors.

Custom Orders cannot be placed through our online store, but are a discussion between us and you to create the perfect item. Custom elements might be a non-standard colour/colour matching, or design alteration to fit a different purpose. We love creating things and getting our customers exactly what they want. Processing time on Custom Orders of items in our online store is 5-10 business days from when we  reach a design agreement with you and payment or deposit is received.
